“Razel is a china doll. So fragile,” Stefan replied.
"The thing I love most about it is the concept. I would never have placed Rapunzel as a modern day fashion model and have her prince as the photographer, and the way the evil 'mother' came to be integrated in the story was such a pleasure to read. You're clearly reading Rapunzel - that dark tale we all know and love - and I gobbled up every second of it.
If you're not into shorter stories, I implore you to forget that this is a 25,000-ish word novella and give it a go, because Elizabeth Morgan gives the characters a huge background and a lot of depth for a short novel. Her prose is descriptive and flows easily off the pages.
In essence, what you are getting is a feel-good, fairy-tale romance, and if this is what you're looking for, it will not disappoint! It's 45 minutes of forgetting the real world."

"Razel Dazzle is romantic and sexy with a happy ending. This is definitely a feel good story! This book gets a full 5 stars: a quick satisfying read...perfect!"
- Kay G (Bex 'n' Books)
"Elizabeth's talent for writing such believable characters drew me in immediately. This
fast paced novella was not short on details or action demonstrating a perfect mix of both. The story had just the perfect amount of sizzle to keep my adult tastes satisfied. Razel Dazzle had me hooked from the first chapter. It was a very romantic and fascinating tale in it's own right while also retaining the magic of the original fairy tale."
- Angela Aaron (Author or Pleasure Island, The Fire of Beltane, A Mediterranean Affair)
"Overall, if you're looking for a short, sweet retelling of a classic fairy tale, updated with some nice steamy love scenes, then RAZEL DAZZLE is for you. It's well-written, faithful to the sanitized version of the tale, and undemanding."
- Barb Taub (The Romance Reviews)
"The author offered me a pre-release read of this tale, and I fell in love! With her voice, her capacity to spin and bring a unique twist to a tale we all know, and the characters. Everyone leaps off the page, and no less the baddie in the tale, Gabriella. I loved to hate her throughout the story, eagerly awaiting when she'd get her just desserts. And the hero, Matthew Prince, proved a prince on his white horse, indeed, though he came as a complex man and not a perfect type like one would expect in a fairytale. And Razel herself? You'll love her. Worldly and world-weary with just that touch of innocence and naivete in her heart, you cannot but root for her throughout.
This is one book you do not want to miss! A bite-sized read to be gobbled in a short afternoon, you won't be disappointed."
- Zee Monodee (Author of The Eternelles Series & The Island Girl Trilogy)
"Razzle Dazzle gives a spicy, innovative update to a classic fairy tale. I loved the idea of Razel D'Punz, the modern day Rapunzel, as a super model with signature fabulous long hair. Her controlling mother/agent provides the perfect witch character keeping Razel trapped in her 'ivory tower' of excruciatingly busy work schedule surrounded by her adoring public. Making the handsome prince into photographer Matthew Prince is also inspired. I loved the ideas behind Razel Dazzle, I thought the writing was clever and that despite being very short it provided a satisfying punchy little read."

"A fun short read." - Julie's Book Reviews
"Razle Dazzle has some really hot romantic situations involving Razle and Matthew. After reading the summary on this one there was no way I could turn it down. I am really glad that I decide to read this one. It may be a short story but it reads like a novel. What I mean is that I found out a lot about who Razle, her mother and Matthew were and what kind of person they are".
- Nancy (The Avid Reader)
"I didn’t realize at first that this was a bit of a remake of Rapunzel, and I’m not sure why I didn’t. But it’s a cute way to modernize the story.... All in all the story was pretty interesting. I wished it were a bit longer, so that there could be more development of and between the characters. But if you are looking for a quick read, this one surely will hit the mark coming in at under 100 pages. And if you are a fan of modernized fairytales, then I definitely recommend this one! Elizabeth Morgan, the author, has a lot of stories in her and I’m just getting started on them. But I already love how different this one was from her other story I’ve reviewed, On The Rocks."
- Liz (Fictional Candy)
"For me, there is one tell tale sign of a good short story: layers.
You can read Razel Dazzle as a sexy and romantic romp, and go away perfectly satisfied by the story.
But you can also go deeper.
There are some interesting concepts explored, and some dark places that are described.
The "mother-daughter" relationship between Gabriella and Razel is very well written, and, without giving away any spoilers, I was very happy about the way it was dealt with.
All in all it is a lovely take on the Rapunzel fairy tale, modernized in a credible and relevant way, a little darker, a lot steamier, but ultimately, a very sweet and uplifting story.
I consider myself happily entertained...ever after ;)"
